Cancel Unmatched Bets

I'm sure there is a simple answer to this one and I hope I am not being a pain.

I am fine with setting the first part of this up its the cancelling of bets that is the issue.

I want to submit 3 lay bets at different odds all offset with greening, as soon as one of the bets gets matched and greened I want the other bets cancelled, is there a simple way of doing this?

If you add a 'Cancel unmatched bets on selection (price dependant)' rule type
and on the parameters tab use
Fixed Price 1.01
Cancel bets priced - greater than price parameter
lay bets only

Then add the following condition

'Matched Bets Amount Condition' and set it up as shown in the image but use 'Greater' instead of 'equal'
