What bugs me about these outages is they never give an explanation, they just apologise for the inconvenience until the next time.
I wonder if the fact they gave an explanation earlier today is a one off. They said it was the fault of the 'internal tools' which I thought was a terrible way to speak about your own employees.

well, the problem is a little more complex than that. there's no way in this scenario to know if bets will be voided or not. so, you could hedge on Betdaq only to find that everything was voided on BF and the hedges all went against you...
