I guess this is my beat now.

The easiest was is to have your opening bet a back bet.

If your opening bet is a lay bet, then in theory you can close the trade with lay bets only by laying every other horse for the relevant weighted amount but I can't imagine being able to do that In Play when the spreads are so wide and the markets so thin. You could try doing it with reverse trades but you'll have a lot of vol in your pnl.

Anbell, thanks again! In order to avoid the turnover charge of 2.4% of total back bets, I religiously stick to lay bets only. Would like to know of smart ways to close bets in less liquid markets.

Would it be possible to limit "Green All" to close all trades by laying bets ONLY? And if so, how to do?
