Automation in low liquidity markets

Hi,

I have a system that needs to place lays bets in low liquidity Challenger tennis markets.

The Back/Lay spread can be up to 15% difference pre match.

I want to place a Lay bet and when in play, move the Lay bet as the price moves away from me. I know I can use Stop on opening bet, but this only allows one move. If the price continues to move greater that the set ticks, then it remains unmatched.

Is there anything else I could do.
