You have to laugh, six runner at Ffos las returns an SP of 95% :o

I thought it would be tricky today but I'd now re-classify this as extremely tough. The vast majority of racing just are not worth doing.

It's a disaster for me. Each time I get a decent race some ahole comes and smashes into my horse and I plunge to a loss.

I abandoned all the rubbish stuff and just focused on any quality and large fields.

I got up for the OZ bank holiday racing this morning as well.

I think I have manually traded 107 races today.

In the middle I have been digging concrete up in the garden.

I am shattered.

One race to go

i had a very decent day today,
althoe it was a bit manic at times.

the markets were pretty dead until 2-3 mins before the off, so i just traded late on when the money arrived.

Think it would have been very difficult trying to trade any earlier today.

Quite good day here also. Some losses scared sht out of me, but then came good profits. All in all, superb day.
