Support Contact Channels

I am a new user hoping to start a Free Trial.

I am pretty certain I will enjoy the software but I am anxious to see only 1 channel of support - email.

I have raised two queries via the Contact Us section of the site but recieved no replies or acknowledgements.

Why not provide a skeleton 2 man team to answer telephone queries as email does not always work.

Any advice?

It's a nice idea but unfortunately is has proven impractical and uneconomic when we have tried in the past.

Thanks for the reply but what do you advise in my case?

I followed the links on the website to start the Free 7 day trial. I completed the mini form with my name, email and entered the words correctly from the bottom of the screen.

I have not recieved the email to take the next step of the trial and I have no response when using the Contact Us section of the site.

Please note, I completed this on Good Friday, so weekend and Bank Holidays allowing, I would hope to have a response from the Support team.

I am glad to see a reply here but I would like someone from the Support team to contact via email if possible.
