Irish racing

Hi guys. I have been hit quite a bit lately on Irish racing and wanted to know how other people feel. There are times I have avoided it due to low liquidity and strange market movements (a little suspicious even). I'm now thinking of avoiding it altogether. Just wondered who does or doesn't trade Irish races and the reasons why.
In general Irish racing is lower liquidity which tends to make the markets 'weaker' and exhibits more price action [and all manner of other vague terms traders use].
However, this week is the punchestown festival featuring a number of graded races and would expect higher volumes. Punchestown this week will not be standard 'Irish racing' on betfair.

Hi Peter,
Sorry for delay in replying. My forte is in-running and I do find Irish racing to be hard work at times.
