We've messed around with various settings but they all point to the same issue. When we request information (Not prices as they are cached) Betfair is taking an age to respond. We've raise a ticket to BDP but as they don't work on the weekends we are not expecting a response till Monday.

I think it is a disgrace that the BDP guys don't work on a Saturday - surely the one day of the week they should work!
Bad for me as well today, not helped by someone disconnecting my phone bang on 15:00. Took me 10 mins to work out why my phone/internet was dead. I was lucky not to be in any trades at the time.
Still, could have been worse, had my worst day yesterday and lost over £300 by going in play. My own fault, but still upsetting as it took me 2 months to build up £300. Lesson (hopefully) learned.

Anyone having any issues today?
When I login I am getting it coming up saying Not responding for a while and then getting poor response times once it does log in. Though when I try other aps. they are running fine with no response issues????

I've had the same issue with logging on. It takes about 30seconds or more but I'v just moved house so not sure if that's why...... but probably not as I used BA yesterday and it was fine

yes it does say "not responding" but then procedes to load anyway.

Just the loggin issue I think..... As I say I just moved in somewhere so I'm not really sure what responses to expect but they seem okish. Internet here isn't great so may just be co-incidence that I'm having the same issues as you.
