£10.7m versus £15.6m in 2020. That's a big decline (-31%) especially when you consider we had a 1/3 favourite in one of those races.
That is terrible

Good chance of it ending below £80m for the week at this rate

Those affordability checks could be influencing things.

Looks like you are getting a beautiful Wednesday for Ascot. Top of 29 🌞🕶

Hammering rain ☔️ 🌧 here on Wednesday night.

Enjoy the trading while I sleep.

Were making the most of it, it's set to revert back to standard British summer weather in the next few days

Gutted to see Kyprios get withdrawn after such a big move

Nothing special so far and that Kyprios withdrawal killed what looked like a great trade!

They're keen for Queen Power despite the poor draw

The feature is going to be interesting. You would expect some movement on this and high volume.

Early market was below two for ages, but when it broke it jumped, but has since pulled back a bit. <2.25 would probably mean a move to below evens.

Odd to see them start on the round mile.

Another poor day for me, I fear that it could be similar for the rest of the week.

When part of you is already beginning to look forward to it being over you know something isn't right!

Post time volume £20.1m vs £27.3m last year. It's been the lowest first two days since 2010 and is roughly 30% lower than last year at the moment. Not the best Ascot for sure!
