it gives those who are struggling more confidence that it can be done if your truly dedicated.
So without positive PLs you don't believe it can be done?? People have been making money doing this for 20yrs, some of them making two or three grand a day. It's a proper job like any other, do your apprecticship and if you're decent you can do OK.

I'm happy Memphis is making money and I understand why he wants to share his success but it doesn't provide any new evidence that this can pay or any evidence a new trader will be able to do it.

Correct…

I’ve made £12k since March on the Greyhound markets alone!

It does take hard work and the more effort you put in the bigger the rewards.

Seems that NOBODY loses at greyhounds.

I just checked my own 3 month pnl to see how much I’ve been donating to Memphis and rocknroller, and I’m actually £150 up lol.

I haven’t even got a bot either, I just choose the names I like when I’m bored between races or chasing. Really does seem that nobody loses on the dogs. Can add greyhounds to cricket and in running horse racing for events that it is impossible to lose money at.

I love that trading is the purest example of a meritocracy. There's no fickle customers or hoping to gain an audience. Success and failure lie entirely in your own hands, nobody else to blame. But it takes discipline and treating it like a proper job rather than just chaotically guessing. The stubbling block is that lots of new people think it's all fun aren't prepared to spend time doing the things they don't like, such as structured learning. If you aren't prepared to spend 30mins a day learning something like Excel or basic maths then you haven't realised it's a job and jobs always have good parts and crappy parts.

Impressive results Realrock by any standards, you've "inspired" me to stop fannying around on here and get some work done.... On Monday though, I don't work weekends. :)

Not sure why people who do UK dogs don't do Aus dogs, or why people who do horses don't do other sports. All markets are the same, it's just the age old game of supply and demand. Specialising might help to a degree but profit depends on opportunity so why trade 20 UK horse favs when you can trade hundreds of selections a day. Comes down to a manual traders mindset maybe, looking for specific situations rather than seeing opportunity on everything at all times. Automating isn't just about automating a manual process its about doing what you can't do manually, and doing it 247365.

'Monday' is concept not an absolute, if the sun comes out then Monday might be on what most people call "Tuesday". ;)

it is. but my setup is right infront of me so i have 3 screens on while watching the footy
so just switched them off.

A Few stats for the non believers, since i started this bot on the 19.6.2021
i have made £1,000.34. i have automatatically traded 1293 races, losses in 88.
93.18% effective on an edge that will never dissapear.
All this from a starting bank of £200.

It must be pointed out that these are all claims, heavily cropped P&Ls can be conjured up in literally seconds to show anything at all. One reason why I display some bet ref id when I do it.
