I am not sure why is this keep happening. Please someone advised me what am I doing wrong here ?
So I select Lay £2 and click on odd 30 as lay but my lay bet was matched automatically by betfair on current lay price. Where do i have to change the setting

Betfair will always match bets at the best price available there is no getting around this with manual bets.
However Bet Angel does have a unique feature call 'Servants' which allows you to create a set of rules and the servant will carry them out, and one of the things you can do is create a rule to place a bet at a price of your choice, the servant will then wait till that price trades at those odds then trigger the bet for you
There's a ready-made Servant that does exactly what you want which you can download here and import into your Bet Angel

although its not recommended , resetting your ladders from-- reverse-- to -- normal will allow you to place bets in the way you asked. clicking the drop down menu at `Odds display' located on the global settings.
NB; you will still need servants recommended by dallas to ask a price outside the current asking price.

I have another question regarding Betfair SP. I believe this is website to check the Belfair horse SP but on today date, I can see race card from yesterday. Can i get get the Horse starting price from today race card.
