I want to be able to place a back bet on any given horse during in play running but I need to know that at the time of placing the bet, this horse is the current favourite in the market. What is the best way of ensuring this?

Place back bet by Custom Ranking 1 using ascending back price.

Something like this but obviously you would need to set the time of the back bet for your requirements.

Or you could just apply the rule directly to the fav ;)

If you do use that file you will need to have the rearm every refresh and unlimited triggers ticked (on the highlighted rule) like in the image... i forgot to tick them.

Thanks guys. What I am actually looking for is to have the favourite ranking constantly updated so that I can almost use it as a condition of the rule, ie to place a back bet given my other conditions as long as the horse is the current favourite. If another horse then takes over favouritism and it meets my other criteria then it will place a new back bet on the new favourite.
