When Guardian fires a back bet in can it vary the stake size?
For example if the back odds are above 3 stake £40 otherwise stake £25.

You'd just need to add multiple rules each with a different stake amount and each using 2 x fixed odds conditions to identify the price range, ie,
Rule 1
back £10
Back price greater than 2
Back price less than 6.2
Rule 1
back £5
Back price greater than 6
Back price less than 10.5
and so on
You'll then need other conditions on all the rules to control the total number of bets in a selection or market like
Number of place bet trigger condition
Number of matched bets condition
Number of unmatched bets condition
