How do you deal with outage/disconnect liability?

I can confirm that once or twice in the past I have seen BF take the industry SP and add 10% or so to these prices until a 100% BFSP book is reached.

I'm 99.75% sure that if you have a Take SP bet in the system, you'll get matched at BFSP, however it's arrived at. I have never once been left crying, "Hey why didn't my TakeSp get matched?", and I do use it a lot.

But really only BF can fully answer the question. Good luck with that one!
Thanks for the added view/experience on this. Like you suggest, I think I'd have to be lucky to get an answer directly from BF on this one - 'can you please fully explain what happens in an outage...' :geek:

Power cuts & Internet outages don't concern me in the slightest. My laptop has an 8 hour battery life and I've always got my phone if I need to hit the cash out on the BF app using my phones data, not WiFi.
...nor me - I use a heavy duty APC UPS to ensure smooth power, surge protection and battery backup for all plugged in devices.

(I have a side business selling APC UPS's - I've supplied all sorts of people and business's including internet companies who install UPS's in their roadside internet cabinets! Any BA user can DM me if they're interested, mates rates apply! I truly can't believe any pro-trader wouldn't have a decent UPS set-up. If your power trips it will close down your modem which after you've re-set your trip switch will take a few minutes to be up and running - with a UPS your modem will stay running whilst you re-set your trip switch.)
