Hello all,
Would like advice on staking plans and returns. Say a bank of £1000. What is a good risk/return ratio?
Tia for any ideas.

I personally wouldn't even consider any kind of 'staking plan' unless I was profitable to level stakes first. No staking plan in the world will turn a losing strategy or lack of an edge into a winning one. If you're profitable to level stakes I'd look at something that is fairly gentle rather than these ratcheting loss recovery plans. Kelly Criteron is generally considered one of the best if you know what the true value should be. A few years ago I used to moderate success the retirement staking plan (really only for horse racing) but I didn't have enough of an edge to fully pursue it in those days.
