How to improve refresh rate?

I have loaded around 50 markets in the Guardian and it is taking a lot of time for one cycle, how can I improve the refresh rate? I can not see 20 ms refresh rate in my account and minimum I can see is 200 ms. Please confirm if something is wrong with my account or the refresh rates are changed now?

Any guidance would be highly appreciated. Thanks
