bets not getting paid out???

Had a number of bets on the 1-30 at Beverley today using betangel. I had a number of bets on the winner yet Betfair are saying no bets were placed when clearly there were! Had notifications on my phone and i could visibly see my cash out option too!!

First time i have known this too happen.

Please help.

Are the bets showing in the Bet Angel log?

there was a withdrawn horse in that race. Have you checked your "voided" bets in "exchange betting history"?

Same things happened to me in that race. Layed (and backed) Thrawy a few times. Betfair want transaction IDs and I don't know how to find them on Bet Angel.

The first three races this afternoon had horses withdrawn at the start. That's probably the cause.

I have decided to break my self imposed forum ban to return for this topic as I am banging my head against the wall with Betfair.

Please anyone who traded this race check to see if all your bets on the horses that ran, that you placed stood and were settled correctly. Everyone including bot operators should check.

There were 2 late withdrawn horses from this market so if you bet on these horses your bets will be voided. That isn't the issue here.

Anyone who has been affected by this check to see what has happened to your bets. It appears Betfair have cancelled multiple users bets after the race was run.

I have checked and for example Betfair are sayign my bets were never matched and were cancelled at 13:08.

The race started at 13:03 and took 1 minute 33 seconds to run. The race was over at 13:04:33. Yet somehow my bets were cancelled some 4 minutes later as they were never matched. This was a pre-race bet placed before 13:03.

I am getting no where with Betfair as they say no issues occurred.

The race finished bare in mind at 13:04:33.

I had lays of the winner, which was traded at 1.01 placed before the off at odds of 2.14 that supposedly some how remained unmatched and was eventually cancelled some 4 minutes after the race.

This is impossible, Betfair are refusing to look into it as they say nothing went wrong.

May be try to DM them on twitter @betfairCS? They seem much more clued up on there than the live chat nonsense.

Betfair help have finally conceded "several other clients are having issues with this specific race".

Please could some others check there bets like Peter and report back. It seems not everyone has been affected.
