I seem far to often to be doing the wrong trades. (silly I know)

i.e entering a back bet and then there is an Up swing and vise versa entering a lay and then there is a down swing.

So i find myself far to often chasing to my losses. which is a pointless way to spend four hours a day trying to trade ending the day at a loss or breaking even.

I need help understanding and predicing which way the market is going (I do use the graphs but still seem to get caught out).

Is there any websites that can give you an idea which way at the eariliest opportunity or things I should looking for on the graphs.

Please advise....

how to predict the future :-)

I always have bestbetting.com open

It's not foolproof, but they will highlight fixed odds bookmaker prices with odds in blue or red if they are moving.

This is actually quite useful sometimes when looking to trade

Ah! Yes!

Fear and Greed!

I know them well. Or at least I used to.

They still pop in to see me now and then but they know they're not welcome so don't stay as long as they used to. If I notice them even walking up the path I tell them to Eff Off outta here and Whoooosh! They're gone.

It's when you don't see 'em sneaking up on ya that they do their worst.

Call it coincidence if you like but they always seem to start hanging around when I have had a loss, or maybe two.

They have no morals you know. They waltz in, taking advantage when you have you're eye on making that loss good, and before you know it, there they are sat with their feet up, drinking your finest malt, eating your kettle chips and calling the shots.

Just who the hell do they think they are!?

Being a nice guy, you do your best to see to their needs but nothing you do is ever enough. The cheek! Eh?

Oh! Don't get me wrong. They are very nicey nicey, telling you everything is going to be okay. Telling you to bet this, bet that blah blah blah.

Actually... Blah Blah Blah, is exactly how they sound because if you try to relate the story to someone else later, those words best sum up what they said to you.

Maybe you have met them already. The thing is... don't ignore them. recognise them and politely show them the door. I say politely because everything a good trader does, is done better when done calmly.
