screen set up

I bet in running and like to have the screen set up so that the field order is shown from the lowest odds to the best. The problem is that the field order changes as the odds vary after the jump, unless you keep the cursor in the screen.Many times I have accidently moved the curssor off screen with dire results. Is there any way of setting the screen so that it doesn't change after the jump?

Click on the micro charts or silks and the screen with retain its default setting which is sorted by price. If you click on any other header it will auto sort automatically unless you hover over the bet placement area.

Thanks for that advice, but my default appears to be saddlecloth number order. Am I doing something wrong?

Having your screen default set as Saddlecloth Order provides a static view for In Play purposes. Is this not what you wanted ?

No. I want the screen to remain static after the jump, but in order of the odds of each horse at the time of the jump. I don't think this is currently possible. As i bet in running, however, and speed is of the essence in getting bets on, this would be a great help. At the moment if I move the mouse off the grid accidently in running the screen resets to the current odds which is very dangerous, as i have found out through experience.

The screen is static by default so you must have changed something somewhere at somepoint. Click on the jockey silks to restore the default order which is favourite to outsider. It will remain static.

Morante, Have you tried re downloading the software and then not messing with the sort order. The defaults will do what you want.

You must be doing something wrong as it wont do this. Show the headers then click on the silks and it will remain static.

I have reloaded BA. When I click on the columns suggested the field order defaults to saddlecloth number order not favourite to outsider. The only way I can set it to odds order is by clicking the odds column. But this is not a static setting and the order changes as the odds change

Morante - Are you tring to trade Australian markets ? From what I understand the click on Silks Function does to work on Australian markets. Something to do with the way Betfair load the markets ? Euler ?
