Over recent weeks have been trading Aussie races (Scalping) and doing better than I had hoped. So I stepped up the size of the bets and also found the best place for me is in the last 90s. I prefer to lay my selections. So first race yesterday I was in a good spot and was about to green up and notice and red warning pop up saying Disconnected. I had a large liability but fortunately I had a plan B that if this happened I was going to tether off my phone. The race went in play before I could get back on line but did manage to get out of my trade with a reasonable loss (20%) of the liability, The horse went on to win so if I didn't have a plan B then that would have been bad.
I am still a newbie myself but I think this is something all newbies need to prepare for, had I not acted quick I would have lost a decent amount of my bank. The difference is that I still made about $50 for the last 3 days compared to what could have ended up a few hundred $$$ in the red
Having Plan B
Thanks for that, I do have a laptop all ready to go and the phone I tethered off is with another network so if I lose power or there is an issue with my internet provider I can use another. I think coupled with the SP option I am as prepared as I can be. I was back online within 30s it just happened at the worst possible time.
Thanks for all the advice
