Back bets are going in play as default

I back pre race and then take sp as seperate strategies.
For some reason when i place pre race back bets they go in play.
Is this default setting.
Is there a command i can use to be a back bet without going in play without using global command?

Ignore all i think my error. Once the inplay counter started it retriggered bets.
