My log shows only the back bets and not the lay bets. For me, the lay bets went through and the back bets didn't, and the horse won.

Lost much less than 1.4k on an in play lay 11 sec after it was cancelled. I'm going to ask for a refund if I can actually get through to the help desk which has failed too.

They are aware because both their phone betting and voice helpdesk are closed due to "system error"
