ok I got through. He said they are reviewing the race and they may rectify it because there were a lot of errors on the race. Becuase I sent an email with a screenshot the guy said they would respond to that. He specifically mentioned they knew Morphetville R1 was a problem.

Also it would risk setting a precedent. You may get offered a goodwill gesture which doesn't acknowledge any wrong doing, how much you get is at their discretion.

At the expected 40%+ rate next month they can say goodbye to me if they insist on charging it. I don't make enough for it to be worth it. Time better spent elsewhere.

There is no official word from Betfair on Twitter that it has been fixed but I wouldn't be surprised if they don't bother to provide one.
