I think they've modelled themselves on HM Treasury, ie you put lots in - whether you want to or not - and get naff all back!

I agree, for someone that gives them £000s a year in commission (at the moment more than all my profit, but that's another story for bot development!), not heard diddly squat back from them

Other financial companies i deal with send invites to events, free stuff, cash back etc - none of this from BF
