Crossover alert

Hi,

I am looking to create an alert if the favourite comes close to a cross over point. So far I have created this rule file but it doesn't seem to trigger. Can anyone see where I have gone wrong?

You need to use an OR group condition. As it stands, the rule will only fire if the price is 3.1 AND 3.15, which isn't possible. Enclose all the conditions in a 'one or more of the conditions must be true' group.
