Some kind of light blue get up. I thought it looked good until I realised it was Utd.

Not gonna start comparing female broadcasters (I've started so I'll finish) but Kate Abdo is mucho mucho scorchio compared to Alex ScottKai wrote: ↑Sat Nov 20, 2021 8:48 pmI'm a big fan of Alex Scott personallyDublin_Flyer wrote: ↑Sat Nov 20, 2021 8:35 pmBeglin hasn't been cancelled! He's still commentating on one of the Middle East owned broadcasters or one of the US ones, heard his dreary tones on a stream and had to change before I threw myself out the window. It's a flat roof below so I wouldn't die but Jim Beglin is not worth getting broken ankles forTrader Pat wrote: ↑Sat Nov 20, 2021 8:09 pm
Ronnie's not too bad and I think Beglin has been cancelled! To be fair though we do have some bad ones, I draw the line at Niall Quinn!![]()

Speaking of US networks, Kate Abdo formerly of Sky Sports can be found on CBS these days, looking as fine as ever![]()
US ones are a hard watch, ESPN has to be the worst with Stevie Nicol. There's an annoying Yank whose name eludes me but he's unbearable.

That's what I thought. United playing in blue - errrr..... what is wrong with that image? If LFC ever dared to play in blue that would be it.Trader Pat wrote: ↑Sat Nov 20, 2021 8:53 pmSome kind of light blue get up. I thought it looked good until I realised it was Utd.![]()
Never, never, ever!
We did that way back, never again.
But we had a blue away kit last season?!greenmark wrote: ↑Sat Nov 20, 2021 9:05 pmThat's what I thought. United playing in blue - errrr..... what is wrong with that image? You're a git for highllighting my stupidity.
Hats off to you Sir. More of this kind of confrontation with twittishness the better.
Fair enough, I deserve that
We really did play last season in a sky blue/teal away kit and some fans weren't happy! As you can tell from this article : https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/footb ... print.html
Bit of a surreal day, I went on a few fan forums to hear what fans had to say about Ole's sacking. They all said "thanks for everything Ole" or "thanks for the memories" etc.
Then I went to the United fan forum and they were saying the same things!

Do you mean United fans have affection for Ole still and opposing fans are grateful for how long Utd let him "mismanage"?
I'm saying that memes have become so powerful that Ole's career may never recover, you can't help but feel for the guy, he was put in an impossible position. It must be flipping brutal to hear that chant from rival fans every game, heard it in the Liverpool-Arsenal match too. How can your players believe in you when you're apparently the biggest joke around. It's a constant uphill battle.
Kai Havertz was terrified of becoming the next meme when he was about to take the winning penalty in the CL final. The internet is savage.
