The video sound suggests downshifting in an odd place, quite probably not braking.
But as I say, I want them to go to the final race level.
IMO and only IMO I'm a bit let down by Max after that race.
I honestly don't know but like you I want them all square next week.
The tactics then would be pretty obvious surely? Turn Perez and Bottas into torpedoes to take out Hamilton and Verstappen
Lol.
Oh gawd what an anticlimax that would be.
Shaung89's prediction for Saudi was pretty accurate though, wasn't it?. Chaos.
Perhaps we should ask him about next week.
Now homework required for Abu Dhabi.
But, off at a tangent, just occasionally, I feel my Sky sub is worth it!
Glad it was read. If im honest, this is very much Hamiltons to lose now.
He has a raw pace advantage coming into a track where he has a faster car, good momentum and on a track where Merc have won the previous 6 of 7 races. That being said, the 7th race was last year and crucially won by Max Verstappen on pure pace alone leading every lap.
Hamilton also has the strategic edge in that Bottas just looks to be far more competitive than Perez and (with the Constructors now won) he will be able to upset Red Bulls race in some way im sure.
Much more open track so I wouldn't anticipate such an exciting track but hopefully we get the wheel to wheel battle we all desire!
