Login problem

Hi,

When I try login to Bet Angel basic I see this message:
"Bet Angel Authentication successful, however unable to connect to Betfair using the supplied use name and pssword"
What I should do to use Bet Angel with no problem? Moreover I would like to buy a pro version, but what if it will not work?

I try to login with other Betfair bots like betfairRapid and other software and both work. But I want use Bet Angel

Sounds like your firewall is blocking Bet Angel's access to the internet. If you drop support a note they will be able to help you out.

Do you mean Bet Angel support, firewall soft support or maybe my internet deliverer?

I try to off my all security software but with no result.
