Using TPD not working today at Fakenham?

Hi I'm new to this software, I was able to set it up and get it working properly at a meeting on Friday. But today I tried to connect to the Fakenham races (as I think it's the only meeting today covered by TPD) and it just won't show the figures? I have the speed, position and distance files all uploaded and chosen from the dropdown list on the one-click screen and I'm 'connecting' to the race manually through the settings and it says 'connected' - it just won't display any data? This is exasperating me. If it's just a problem with TPD today then that's fine but I'm getting really frustrated. Thanks for any help.
The operator wasn't able to get to Fakenham today, so there won't be data for any of the races
