High/Low traded price from specific time pre-off

I could do with some help, if possible.

Can you monitor the Highest/Lowest Traded Price from a specified time before the off (e.g. 5mins) and then place bets relative to that price?

I know you can refer to the HTP/LTP from the market's opening but what I want to do is monitor it only from a specified time.

You can use a history list to store the current price at intervals: https://www.betangel.com/user-guide/his ... 3D&mw=MzIw

Then you can obtain the maximum (or minimum) value over a period of time or since the history list started.
