Is this type of Marker possible?

Hi guys before I try working out how on earth to do it... can someone confirm it is possible?

I want, in the ladder view, to have a constantly updated marker, highlighting to me the best back price cell, of the ONE selection that has the maximum number for the following sum...

(money at back price + money at back price -1 ticks money at back price -2 ticks + money at back price -3 ticks)

(basically trying to have a visual clue to the selection where there seems to be the most money on back side etc....

I assume I will need some sort of stored variables system going on...?
