Maybe I have to ask for an upgrade? I've never had any problems.

I've changed the VPS to Windows 2022. I can connect now.

Thanks for letting me know, the only other times I've seen those errors is when the users have been running Win7, after what you've just found it does appear other older versions of Windows also exhibit the same issues
