How are reduction factors handled in the ladder?

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

So, when a reduction factor is applied in a horse race, the reduction factor produces prices such as 2.73, 5.56, 7.72 etc which aren't on the ladder. So how are these prices factored in when showing the traded volume for individual prices? Thanks.

They appear on the traded volume table next to the graph on the Betfair site but I don't think they will appear on the ladder unless the price happens to be a valid price.
