Good grief! 4.5 minutes of mayhem and raucous support and now 1-0 Celtic.

Isn't it just. Celtic seem the more fired up right now. See how things are at 30 minutes when the adrenaline starts to wane. :-)

If live video is available for the market you'll see the live stream option.

Only a one point lead for Celtic, but they were totally dominant. Postecoglou seems to have got Celtic really motivated (famouns last words).
Could be fun for SPL watchers from now. :-)

Ok. It seems that you are mainly backing under goals and taking a few ticks each time? Could u give me any advice as to how to use this approach? Sooner or later if I try backing under market, I always get goals against me which leads to all the profits squandered, so I stopped doing it. I would be taking large risk to grind out tiny profits. Or wait for longer to get larger profit and increase chances of a goal against me. Either way huge risk for little gain, and losses wipe out the profits.

But I am wondering how others make it work. I mean psychoff looks to have made a fortune out of it. In your approach is it vital to use software ladder?

I can't even imagine trading without a ladder. Using the Betfair website is like a tradesman with a screw driver and hand drill!

There are two main approaches to trading the o/u markets. One is to make a judgement (either tick or time based) of when to open and close your trade. Soccer Mystic is useful for that. The other is scalping, getting in and out for a few ticks profit. The key is to try and keep the length of time you're exposed for a loss as low as possible. You'll always have losses but with practice your profits can exceed your losses.

Well I am good at judging value both in match odds and in o/u markets. That doesn't help with under goals though because goals can appear out of nowhere. And with scalping you are not really concerned with value right?
One way I found which is somewhat safe is with injuries. But then the market often tends to be smart and react to that by either stalling odds, or having odds drop. So often my back order 1.68 doesn't get taken since the price has dropped down to 1.67 because of the inplay bet delay.

Does the ladder software opens up a way to overcome this?

I can see how fast stream helped in the old days over a decade ago. But now it doesn't work as many people have fast feeds, and usually it can't beat the inplay bet delay. And when I used a fast stream, this didn't help that much anyway.

Scalping involves judging when or how quickly the price will fall, when it will stall, overreactions for free kicks, etc. The ladder doesn't do anything that you can't do on the website, it's just much faster, placing bets with a single click, greening without needing to calculate and much much more.

It takes a bit of practice and experimenting to find the best angles. I often trade 2 o/u markets and only leave myself exposed on one at a time so any loss resulting from a goal is cushioned by the other market. I often walk away with nothing but can sometimes get some much better payouts by chucking my profits on the overs.
Hadn't considered trading 2 o/u markets, I think that's for a little further down the road though but definitely worth thinking about. At the moment I'm still honing my skills on the first unders and getting in and out with my profit. I've picked up a little profit today but generally it's been breakeven on most matches which is absolutely nothing to sniff at, break even is as good as a win in my book!
Breakeven is the start of the road to profits. :)
Hi, so you're effectivly hedging you're bet by say betting on over 1.5 but under 2.5 ? For example ?
