Hi there,
Just a quick query if I may?

Although I realise that my computer hardware/software is not the most up to date, can any users on here please tell me: Do they experience regular issues with Betfair's videos 'freezing' and do they experience similar regular instances of the audio to Betfair's videos being non-existent until a minute or two before the 'off?!'

Be interested to hear your replies guys (and gals!)

I don't use BLV much, but I hear a lot of complaints about it's quality.

Last year I upgraded to a faster laptop that runs everything I need super-quick, but haven't noticed any change in BLV quality/reliability.

The BLV Racing TV Stream is actually decent, no problems with freezing or anything, but the At The Races streams are awful every race it stutters every few seconds.

I've noticed the same recently, occassionally the video will freeze every couple of seconds

I don't use BLV much, but I hear a lot of complaints about it's quality.

TBH, I use it mainly to give me a more accurate insight into when a race may actually be starting and also, sometimes I get the odd 'tip' from the on-course pundits - if you know what I mean! LOL

In the past, I have complained to BF about the quality of their video/audio, but ALWAYS get the same response, that is - the video/audio is supplied by a third party, and as such they (BF) have no control over it, blah, blah, blah! LOL

As far as I remember the keys/keyboard are much the same size.

I use the mobile app and have never had any issues with the Betfair video.

I don't know about the freezing, but the audio often seems to be related to the channel, not to betfair. I don't know what happens exactly, do they switch commentators, or change tack for a different audience that joins for the feed? Sometimes it seems to go wrong, or someone is being lazy and you get commentary from the initial channel and then it cuts out for a few minutes and comes back with them acting like they have no idea that you were cut off
