TPD Feedback and Issues

We can provide the following update; Betfair had the times of all Sam Houston races listed incorrectly yesterday and it caused our internal systems problems. They had done the same today but have now corrected following a dialogue with our Lead Developer.

Thanks for the updates. Betfair regularly get the off-times of US races incorrect upon initial set-up, most often using EST when it should be CST, MST or PST. Presumably they can't cope with the different times zones of the US. Usually they amend them in the afternoon (UK afternoon) before racing starts but sometimes they only get fixed once the off time arrives and they figure out something is wrong. I would suggest you guys build a process in to catch these or there will likely be similar future issues.

I've been getting no TPD data at all from Newcastle this evening. Is this just me or an error across the board?

EDIT - just seen the status page states data will not be available today from Newcastle. I notice despite this my automation connected successfully for each race. Does this mean it will have used up some of my subscription allowance?

It is advised to remove all markets from Guardian and press refresh on any of the Market Selection pages. To be completely safe it may be advisable to close Bet Angel and re-open.

Sam Houston not working still, reporting the "not supported" error. I've tried all the suggested actions including restarting Bet Angel but to no avail.

Penn race 1 - TPD was polling Orashi 4 or 5 metres behind his actual position throughout the race. He finished 1st and crossed the finish line about 2m ahead but according to TPD he was beaten 2.4m into 3rd.

Golden Gate race 8 - no data

It seems that all Sam Houston races are connecting but no data is flowing.

Unfortunately this one cost me - turned a great night with my automations into an average night. I understand from time to time things may be off but hopefully this can be looked into. Also hope to see Sam Houston back up and runnning properly again.

Same for race 2. What's annoying is you can see all the Betmover money being traded so the data is out there, just not working on Bet Angel.

Golden Gate - race 8 no data again. Seems to be a pattern here with race 8.
