I need to back a horse in running at my set price...not much higher but maybe lower if my price is not available. This would be a horse I have layed before the off. For example I have layed "Dead Donkey"
at 20.1 before the off and dont want to back it in running until it reaches 10.1 with the provisio that I need to back it at below 10.1 if 10.1 cannot be obtained...going right down to say 5.0.
I am not sure how to do this. There are so many options on betangel that it is confusing for a newbie.
Any help appreciated.

The problem with 'in play' markets is that the prices can get momentarily gappy

Therefore, it's probably best to trigger the bet when people are asking for a price less than 11, rather than when the price being offered is less than 10.2

You need to put if statements in

e.g =if(h9<=11,"BACK","")

Couldn't you use the Rules page?

Say, Back if current odds >= X and odds <= Y
and WOM <= 100% Place at Z

Fill in X Y Z to your own taste and save settings.

Then during the race use the Automation screen and click on Back on the horse(s) you are interested in applying the rule to when you want.
