By best result today was testing automation thinking I was in practice mode.
"By best result"? Have you got a cold.? Hope you've taken an LTR test and are dutifully self-isolating as advised (rather than legally required to).
 Don't know what's gone wrong with my typing, I've made quite a few typos lately.

I've got a Lenovo ideapad and it has a very temperamental keyboard, and the mouse right-click list of recent notepad/excel et al files refuses to come up sometimes. So typos are the only thing we can control.
Earlier, well, yesterday actually. I misspelled detente as detante. Oh the shame!

Actually now that I think about it that's completely unacceptable

Indeed. I was lazy when using the word and not spellchecking.
One word fsome reason my brain always tries to get wrong is tomorrow.
For some bizarre reason I always want to put tommorow and go through the same mental process.
Morrow is the day after today therefore it must be tomorrow.
Every single time I use the word. Weird.

I've placed my first £1 < £2 green-up since the rule change. Straight into the market, no pissing about. :D

My view is nobody wants to be PM right now. Tail-end of covid (maybe). Rampant inflation. Worst European conflict in my life. Climate change. Total bag of rats! Why would anyone try to nudge BJ out of the way to inherit that? But this Happy Corner so we can't discuss possible successors.
My happiest moment today was witnessing a woman chasing after an old chap in Morrisons to reunite him with his wallet that he'd left at the checkout.
There are good people out there. :-)

I think depicting Derek as an old chap might incur some wrath from other "mature" forumites. I believe I'm 6 years older, so be careful what you say. :)
Did make make chuckle though! :-)

I'm usually the one returning money to customers that use cashback at the self-service checkouts but forget to take it. :)

If we're gonna have a royal family carrying out official tours they could at least be sent somewhere where they'll be welcome.

How many nails does its coffin need?
