Weird issue using keyboard via vps on BA

I have BApro on a vps, I connect to it from android tablet via Microsoft rdp. So far so good. Also have a bluetooth keyboard connected to this tablet which words fine & smooth and I can use it on BA for instance to change the value of the stakes etc...

But here comes the problem, when I try to use the shortkeys for calling the servant it doesn't works, does nothing, althought the keyboard is fine with BA for the rest of actions, but the keys doesn't work on shortcuts.

Is really weird as I tried exactly the same system but substituting the tablet for a windows laptop and then it works

Tried few things but it feels is not an easy solution...getting me crazy

Have you check that the keys are being passed through...RDP Settings?

Keyboard is working on vps for everything but the shortkeys.

Even more, when I go to the BA menu "capture next keypress" and I press a key on my keyboard I get this: "packet" , instead of an "a", "q" or whichever key I press, but if I press a function key "F1", "F2" etc then it shows the real key pressed, (F1 if I press F1), but for the rest of the keys it says "packet" .

Check the keyboard and language settings. It's quite likely that the keyboard set up on the VPS is different from your standard set up.

Double click on the data and time in the bottom right, then choose date and time settings.

Tried it, it doesn't seems to solve the bug, I've tried many different country settings on keyboard, system etc but no result.

Another curiousity:
When I get the "touch keyboard" on the screen (tactile one) the letters dissappear, forcing me to use the bluetooth keyboard. I can't write with my fingers touching the screen because there are no letters to touch.

I've tried with another famous betting program that also has key shortcuts to perform actions and I got the same result! I can write on the stakes etc with my keyboard but when it comes to use as shortcuts it doesn't work!

Have you tried using a combination ie, Alt+letter or Ctrl+letter

Just tried it. I pressed alt+r on " capture next keypress" and it works, it writes "alt+r" and I can use it as a shortkey.

Still looking for a solution as I would like to send orders just with one key, but this contribution would add more clearance to solve it

I can set Fs (F1, F2...) And the pageup & pagedown as single buttons for shortcuts, the rest just combined with alt, ctrl...
