The US is sending the folllowing:

2,000 Javelin Missiles
800 Stinger Missiles
100 Tactical Drones (Game changing)

The UK is sending the following:

4,000 NLAW Missiles
1,000 Silverstreak II Missiles (Game changing)

If i were Russia then I would withdraw their remaining 16 Generals from Ukraine, they aleady lost 1/5th of them. :o

Its being reported that the Russians are using analogue radios and the Ukraine forces are listening in using Ham Radios which allows them to target high ranking officers.
I'm impressed that you don't feel 1600 nuclear warheads are relevent.
Our best hope is this remains a conventional war where after a bit everyone gets fed up and realises it was all a really flipping bad idea. And talks.
They maybe relevent but Putin knows there are Nuclear warheads in US, UK, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, France and also at sea in submarines. He may well be able to launch them but given the IDS he would get a few coming back at him. It would really be the end of the northern hemisphere and not that great for the southern hemisphere either because of Nuclear worldwide fallout.

I am 50 miles from the so called nearest strategic target in any direction, so assuming I can dodge the blasts and shockwaves then I should be fine as there are things you can do to mitigate the dangers from fallout. :D

Ah yes. I have an extra roll of kitchen foil at the ready and have been practicing my "Duck and Cover" all day. Only joking, of course. Sadly, I have no basement or store of tins of beans, but frankly I'd rather be irradiated than live a post nuclear war world.
And I'm just hoping Putin/Nato et al feel the same, if not about themselves, but for those they love.
I've often wondered whether the world would be a better place if only women were allowed to be leaders. Now there's a forum grenade if there was one.

Another one.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-60767664
What the hell is "the far-right Azov Battalion"?
Azov is a far-right all-volunteer infantry military unit whose members – estimated at 900 – are ultra-nationalists and accused of harbouring neo-Nazi and white supremacist ideology.
Are they actually part of the Ukrainian army or a paramilitary group?

Well, i think they are a paramilitary group and kinda do their own thing. I suppose Zelensky at the moment doesn't really care and wants all the help he can get. I imagine they not very nice people.

Today's Nuclear Bombs are much more powerful than the ones dropped in 1945, only 30% of deaths were caused being to close to the blast zone back then. However, allot of experts, taking into account modern Nuclear Bombs that if you > 40 miles from the blast zone then you stand a good chance of surviving. Once the bombs stop, radition fallout loses 50% of its danger after 48 hours, so the longer you can stay indoors, weeks or months then your survival rate increases to over 80%. You just need to make sure you have enough water, food to survive that long before going outside. O and lots of toilet roll. :)

It's quite ironic that Putin wants to 'denazify' Ukraine but all he's doing is killing innocent women and children while the far right is de-generalizing him.

So there is some truth in Putin's claims.

A grain of truth, they're hardly running the country though as Putin has stated. Not really reported at all in the media which is probably why people end up believing in conspiracy theories. Rather than dismissing what Putin said as ravings of a lunatic they should be asking why he would say such a thing in the first place.

I haven't really been following the news in the last couple of weeks but every time I turn it on Zelensky seems to be getting standing ovations! When did he become Winston Churchill? History might judge him slightly differently than the present is. He had plenty of warning of an invasion from the Americans and others but he chose not to believe it and as a result so did the public. I wonder how many lives would have been saved if he had taken it seriously.

"A grain of truth" is correct i think. There are neo-nazis across the world. I don't for a second think Ukraine is "Neo-Nazi" in the same way I don't believe Germany was ever Nazi. My opinion of Nazi or neo-nazi is they are a poisonous minority that use bully-boy tactics to gain power. But Stalinists/Marxists/Trotskyists are no better.
Best we can hope for is the quiet, moderate majority somehow assert themselves. But its tricky when someone's bargaining begins with sticking a gun barrel up your nostril.
