Aged 50, the other drummer in the Foo Fighters.

Dying in a hotel room in Bogata is suitably rock'n'roll but these days you tended to think they'd gone a bit corporate and that sort of thing wasn't on the cards, and being a family man I guess it was an accident. Sad though, good guy, truly awesome drummer.

It reminds me of the Cranberries lead singer Dolores O'RIORDAN, and Linkin Park's Chester BENNINGTON. All very, very tragic stories.

I'll go with mourning a talented musician. Very sad. We need these people more than ever.
