I am running bet angel on a windows tablet. Everything works fine but I’ve found if I lock my screen then bet angel stops working. Does anyone know a way around this ?

You need to maintain an active connection to Betfair for Bet Angel to retrieve market updates and send bets when required.
I'd guess your screen lock is killing the connection, If you were using it on a regular PC you need to keep sleep/hibernation mode disabled for the same reasons

If it doesn't work and your key aim is to access BA on the move you can run BA on a windows computer (physical or VPS -- BA offer these too) and then you can control your pc from your tablet remotely using an app like Google Chrome Remote Desktop
