unmatched bets

hi newby here does anyone know on one click bet screen with offset with greening why when the log says unmatched bet but the lay bet still goes in play and i check the log at the end of the race the log still say the same with no match bets only lay bets matched

The log only reports what happens at the time of bet placement

Can you explain it differently so its clearer what the problem is? You say no bets matched.... but also say lay bets are matched?
