Hi there,

I've been experimenting with the charts recently, whilst also trying to work out how to save stored values from a race and view them in excel for analysis later. However, I was wondering whether anyone knew how to stop the bet angel advanced charts going blank after the market is suspended and if there is anyway to export these graphs into excel to look at later.

Also, if anyone has any guides on how to export time stamped shared values to an excel document, that would be greatly appreciated.

let me know what you think, cheers. :P

There's nothing you can do to stop the advanced charts from cleaning once Betfair closes a market, all data for it is then removed

You can export stored values held in History lists using the 'Export All Stored Values' rule, and triggering it once a market has closed
You'll then need to create a macro to manage the exported data and arrange it how you want in a worksheet for your analysis/charting of it

Or you can have the stored values written to your log, you can then just copy/paste these from your log into excel, once a market has finished and you are ready to export the data simply select the market in the top window of Guardian then below the bottom window select the ‘log’ tab and you’ll see all your stored values in history lists for that market written to the log - in the bottom right corner just click ‘Copy log to Clipboard’.

Once into excel you can then arrange it how you want and plot charts etc either with a macro or manually
