Finding Each-Way Markets

I'm having trouble using the Coupon facility in Guardian to find Each-Way markets. I have tried using the Market Type filter (EACH_WAY) with and without the Text filter by entering "Each Way" as displayed on the Betfair market screen but it's only picking up those markets where money has been matched. I've tried adding a filter of Traded Volume at Event Level to exceed £1 but still no joy. It's as if a market with zero matched does not exist! Am I missing something?

They tend to put them up later than the rest of the markets so you may need to search for them closer to the time, also make sure you refresh your market selection tree before searching so you have the most upto date markets (in case BF have only just added them)

But if you can see a market on BF which is open but can't find it in BA after you've done the above post up details on which market and hopefully i'll see it quick enough to check it

The markets were there Dallas, I could call them on the website. I will let you know next time. All markets checked were available on the website but those with zero matched were not showing on the coupon search ... those with money matched were on the coupon.

Did you refresh the market tree in Bet Angel before running the coupon?

If not the market may have been opened by BF after you logged onto Bet Angel which will have automatically downloaded the latest market list at that time, and any opened after that wouldn't then show in a search, filter, coupon until the market list was refreshed and updated

Thanks Dallas, that may be the answer. I haven't changed anything since my first post and it's all working OK this morning.
