Backing in Win market depending on BSP rank position in the Place Market

Hi,

I am looking to back a horse in the Win market 3 seconds after the off, when its BSP rank is between 2 and 4 in the Place market. So watching one market and backing in another.

Please can someone point me in the right direction on the user guide for where I need to look for this automation. Or if a simple rule could be created as an example for me, even better.

Is it possible in Bet Angel to only bet if a horse is between 6th and 10th ranked by BSP a few seconds after the race, and the same in the place market? After also qualifying some other simple rules.

My other question is I would like to upload a list of horses for the day via excel and then tie these into my automation rules. Is this possible ir do I need to go fully excel bot for this?

Sorry what I meant to say was is it possible to back a horse when it is between 4th and 6th ranked in the win market AND between 4th and 8th ranked in the same place market? This would be ranked by Actual BSP and bet placed 3 seconds after the race.
