Hi All, new user here, apologies if this has already been asked but i could not find a thread on it.
I'm having issues with my unmatched bets being cancelled when the race starts. I have used "Keep unmatched Bets", have keep it "in play" but what ever i do it always cancels the unmatched bet on "in play" start.

All those go in-play so its definitely not that
Can you post the Bet Angel logs for a few of the races it hasn't worked on?
Logs are saved even if you've exited BA and this article shows how to locate your those saved logs

Sorry to butt in, as I am sure Dallas is the best to advise, but looking at your log I could not see a "keep" rule triggering ??? do you have it set to fire before the "off"?
On the one click screen you can see unmatched bets at the bottom of screen, in the column "at inplay" it should say "keep", if your keep bet rule has triggered before the off.

Not if its only armed once, as that would trigger as soon as the rule is applied to the market (and before you've placed any bets)
It should be armed to trigger sometime after your last bet is placed, you could set it to trigger multiple times for example
Armed 5mins before the start till post time
Re-arm every 10secs
Trigger 30 times
That would basically trigger every 10secs during the final 5 mins

With those settings it should be constantly triggering and you should see it appear in the log directly below each new bet that gets placed

Always, unlimited, every refresh? Have you work out how many times that would fire because I think you'd risk incurring transaction charges (on the transactions over 5000/hr). If you're firing off requests every 20ms those 0.2pences could build up fast.
It only needs to fire a couple of times before the scheduled start and after the time you'd place your last bet. You don't need to request a status change over and over again.
Do make sure you're using Practice Mode until you've got the hang of it. Similar mistakes could mean you're firing bets in like an AK47, unil it empties your bank. And when you do try it with real money move most of your main wallet balance to a different wallet to make sure you don't blow it all.

You can't set a bet to "keep" if the market has already been in_play for 5s? But if you mean 5s before in_play then that's not bad but maybe a bit tight, 3 or 4% of races go early to some degree or another. Even 10s would give you a bit more leeway when it comes to the timings but no need to go nuts and make it ages or you'll miss out on a chunck of the action.
