Editing one-click screen - How to split cell into 2 rows

Hi all,

Editing my one-click screen and just wondering how do I spit a cell into 2 rows? Like the Name/P&L in the column headers.
I just want to do the same thing but in a column thats got Jocky and trainer additional information.

Also, how do I edit the "saddle cloth" column (first column on the one-click screen)? I just want to add some background colour, but cannot find the column name anywhere! Or should I just create my own new saddle cloth column and hide the original one?
