Reverse price
Hi All. I'm having some problems opening and closing some trades using automation. I have my rules selected as take the best market price, but I'm finding on occasions that only part of the order is match. Would changing the setting to take the reverse price help to avoid this? TIA
Is this pre-off in in-play? If it's in-play or if it's in a volatile market where the prices are changing rapidly, there's never a guarantee that all or any of the bet will be matched, as the price can change. But you're more likely to get matched at best price because best reverse price is making an offer. You've got the option of 2nd and 3rd best price which is more likely to get matched.dldtaylor wrote: ↑Sat May 28, 2022 8:16 pmHi All. When I open a trade I usually look for best price with fill or kill, check how much of it has been matched and resubmit if necessary. When I'm closing in a situation where the market's likely to run away I'd take the 2nd or 3rd best price.

Thanks Derek. I'm talking in-lay football.
