Data duplicating in Values sheet when exporting stored values

I'm playing around with automation a lot, especially with trying to build up some data to work on. I've worked out how to export stored values using a rule, and it goes to the Values spreadsheet- but I can't work out how to do it without duplicating the data? I've had to put each selection in as a separate rule because the "every selection" doesn't work with stored values apparently?

Then I get the same data multiple times. I can sort it out in Excel but I'd rather have as little faffing about in Excel as possible- any help greatly appreciated!

The vast majority of the rules I use for stored values are applied to Every selection including many of the examples I've posted on here

Definitely getting a "the "EVERY selection" option cannot be used with this type of rule error message? And the rule type is " export all stored values"? What am I missing, obviously something is wrong?

Ah ok I thought you meant you were using the rule type 'Set/Modify Stored Values'

The rule type 'Export All Stored Values' already exports them all so doesn't need applying to a selection,
for this (and other rule types applicable to all selections, ie, keep all unmatched bet, green all selections etc) the 'applies to' option is only relevant to any conditions you add.
If no conditions are being used on that rule it doesn't actually matter what selection you pick here
